Here's what you can expect to happen after you apply to an open role at DigitalOcean.
Your resume will be reviewed by a real-life human, not a robot (hooray humans!). If selected for an interview, a recruiter will reach out within two to three weeks to schedule a video call via Google Meet.
A member of our recruiting team will conduct an initial interview over Google Meet.
The hiring manager for the role will conduct a 45-minute long interview.
Candidates get the chance to meet with several other members of the team in a round of interviews. Depending on the role, there will be an assessment included in the process.
We will extend an offer to successful candidates with full compensation and benefits details.
New Sharks receive IT equipment and go through comprehensive remote onboarding sessions as part of their orientation.
